In 1 Peter 4.1-6, we see that since Jesus Christ died for our sin, therefore, we need to break with sin in our lives, be armed to suffer when our flesh and the world pushes back and we can stand strong looking forward to our final victory over sin in the flesh.  We look forward to when Jesus says to us in glory "Well done, thou good and faithful servant."
